Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

My breakfasts usually consist of some variation of oatmeal, I just can’t seem to shy away from it!
I may.. be… addicted. But it’s ok! There’s far worse things to be concerned about, right?

Baked oatmeal takes time – not the preparation part – the waiting part. When I wake up, there’s one thing on my mind: my stomach is telling me to EAT, nowww. So I politely listen and do as it tells me. If I didn’t, my morning would be so incomplete.

Every once in awhile though I suck it up and make a yummy dish of baked oatmeal. It’s quite a treat, so the wait is totally worth it!
