Baked Gingerbread Donuts

You have guests coming over which was one of those spontaneous plans and you have no time to run to the store to get that nice welcoming treat. Yes we’ve all been there, wishing we could just snap our fingers and something from the oven could magically appear. So, what do you do?


Nothing beats these simple baked donuts that don’t only make your house smell amazing but are so easy enough to make they’ll go from the mixing bowl to the serving plate in no time.


  • 1 cup WW Pastry flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  1. Mix dry ingredients together then add egg, milk, yogurt, syrup, milk and oil.
  2. Mix just until combined
  3. Grease donut pan and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.


Optional glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon milk

whisk together and dip donuts when warm or drizzle over donut ❤
