So you’ve finally given it some thought and you’re looking into making a change in your lifestyle.

So you just received your 21 Day Fix Kit, NOW WHAT?!

Look through everything, make sure you received all the goodies you were supposed to (listed above).

Now before starting the program, this is where we work together and get a plan going for you:

  1. Talk to me, your personal coach, and find out when we will be starting your program! I run monthly challenge groups beginning the 2nd Monday of each month. So we will start on that next Monday, or if it’s close enough but a little after our start date, I can squeeze you in 🙂
  2. Make a grocery list of the recommended foods that are Fix Approved. Print this Grocery List Form(grocery-list) to make your list 🙂
  3. Using the Start Here guide, find your Calorie Bracket by doing the simple calculation pictured below. This will tell you how many containers you are to have each day and help you make your meal plans!21df-cal-bracket
  4. Print up the following spread sheet of whatever calorie bracket pertains to you:
    1200-1499cal
    1500-1799cal
    1800-2099cal
    2100-2300cal
  5. Create your meal plan! For each container you use, cross it off at the top so you know how many food_equationmore you have to use that day. This could get
    overwhelming if you aren’t familiar with it – DON’T LET IT intimidate you! Let me help you.
  6. Now the fun part: Before measurements and photos!! In my opinion, this is such an important step in preparing yourself the right way! Many people skip this step and then regret it later when their results have blown them away but they have no BEFORE picture/measurement to really prove themselves how far they came in achieving their goal! Please take time for this step – you won’t regret it, I promise 🙂
  7. Check in with me and let’s review everything! I want to see your meal plan, I want to know you took your measurements and photos. Once you have everything in order, we are ready to start you in your weight loss journey!! GET EXCITED!! 😀1321654
